Group Spiritual Direction

Listening for the Sacred is a small-group spiritual direction offering for those longing to slow down, listen more deeply, and notice the presence of the sacred in their everyday lives. We gather on Zoom in a confidential, supportive space.
Meeting twice a month for an hour and a half, this group offers space to share what is stirring within and to practice deep listening together. This is not a space for advice or fixing, but for gentle reflection, shared silence, and sacred companionship.
This series is especially welcoming for those who are new to spiritual direction. The group format offers a gentle, accessible way to experience what spiritual direction is like, to learn the rhythms of deep listening, and to discover how your own inner life can be held and explored in a supportive community.
Each gathering includes time for centering, structured sharing, and relationship building. Between sessions, participants are offered optional journaling prompts to support reflection and gentle noticing in everyday life.
